Great song dedicated to all the brave men and women who served in Vietnam...Hopefully the vast majority of people now regret the curses, spitting, and other humiliations they gave many of the Vietnam veterans when they returned home from the war...I'm sure that added to the physical and mental scars they already suffered during their tours of duty in Vietnam...THANK YOU VIETNAM VETERANS AND WELCOME HOME!!!!

Our country's Vietnam veterans suffered many humiliations upon returning home from the war. Let us not forget that many of these brave men and women did not have a choice whether or not to serve their country, thanks to the draft.  As a fellow veteran in the US Navy and grateful American citizen, I proudly thank them for their service.

@jackmando197 I hope the French, Australians, New Zealanders, and Canadian Vietnam War Veterans didn't get spat on, cursed, and/or humiliated in other ways when they returned to their home countries like the American Vietnam war Veterans had gone through...Like the American Vietnam War veterans, the veterans from other countries who fought in Vietnam deserve thanks and respect for serving their home countries during the Vietnam war!

Can I just point out that the French, Australians and New Zealanders we're also involved in the Vietnam War. Yet little remember that fact. Remember their sacrifices alive or no longer with us.
