Dude, how about a little altitude? Looks like your hitting about 100 knots and maybe 40 feet off the deck in some spots, sometimes in a turn. I hope for your sake your insurance carrier doesn't find this. This video makes my balls tingle just watching it. Great job.

Airwolf was a Bell, not a Eurocopter.

@sootyferrari65 Bell 222 (any variant) is replaced by stronger type Bell 430, new airwolf is planned to be based on this type. And Bell 222 is also OUT OF PRODUCTION!

Też tak chce !

Not that im ever going to buy one but how much is a bell 222?
-
brilliant thanks
-
Big diference betwen a bell 222 and Eurocopter astar 350 B2 or B3

This is not the "Airwolf" helicopter. A modified Bell 222 was the actual aircraft used for the show. Not the helicopter shown in this video.

Did you see BIGFOOT??

then dont name it "real life airwolf", besides the name of it, nice video, that was some crazy flyin, reminds me when i first flew a helicopter and nearly crashed into the ground, took me a couple of times to try to land it though, luckly my grandpa was in there to press most of the complicated buttons or i would of been jelly on concreate, lol
Wow. Is that Points North out of Cordova, the Warren Miller staple of late?

@geartool Yes, it's Point's North. They seem to be in Warren Miller every year. The WM crew were due the week after we skiied in 2006.

Actually, Airwolf is based on a Bell 222B helicopter... sorry.

Don't be sorry. And don't take things so literally either.

If you crashed and survived, you would be eaten by Alaska bears.

Indeed so. After one day's skiing we landed by the river to check out some bear tracks that were only a few hours old.
