Well a couple tips in my opinion is you actually take time to tell people that you respect them but we cant always upload your videos dont tell them why though cause they''ll make up there own therio if you give them anything to get mad about:)

Comedy, Something that will make me laugh.
Top 10's or 5's, I prefer these over plain gameplays.
Good Commentary's Preferably Duel comms.
A video to be uploaded at least once every two days.

I think as long as you stick to some sort of routine you should be fine. The people who the sponsor should probably add you to their other channels as well and add the intro to the videos they want to upload to your community channel. I have over 5,000 subs, and I may be interested in joining but not just yet as I'm doing other projects with other youtubers at the moment while working on my own stuff at the same time. As I say, stick with a routine you and the people who upload are happy with :)
