  • My tenth favorite classical music composer right now is George Frederic Handel.

My favorite song from him is Hallejuiah.

  • @cmach7 Yes, the Messiah is a great work

  • your accent is the bomb! xD

  • @lovestwospooch What accent?

  • What do you think about W. Francis McBeth? I know he would not be top 10 all time, but how high of a rank would you give him?

  • @irishcub1324 I think his music is certainly much more interesting and far superior to that of the serialists. I particularly like "Of Sailors and Whales".

  • I cant believe people actually booed Mahler, Rachmaninoff, Strauss and others during their accent.

  • I "sniggered" at your username. Thumbs up just for the username XD

  • My version:

I am a genius, and there were companions including, Igor Stravinsky, John Williams and others are Dmitri Shostakovich, Sergei Prokofiev, Johannes Brahms, and others who came close, you couldn't wait huh? My countdown begins here. My Nr. 10 is George Federick Handel from his popular piece. Handel was also special because he moved to another country named the UK. On Wikipedia, Handel was born in February of 1685 composed great music until his death. He died in 1759 of April.

  • your entertaining

  • Richard Strauss is German. He was born in Munich. so at the very least he was Bavarian. You say a confusion with the illustrious, waltz-composing, Austrian Strauss family is shameful but in calling him Austrian you're essentially implying the same confusion.

  • YOU JUST CANNOT BEAT CLASSICAL MUSIC.

    ABOVE ALL IS CLASSICAL MUSIC.

  • Excuse me. I dont mean to be picky. Richard Strauss is a German, born in MUNICH.
