I made this for dinner last week and absolutely loved it! I decided to make it again this week and film it for you guys. Hope you enjoy!

Guess what Rocky??? I made this dish and boy was it a hit! Even my husband who turns his nose up at such dishes tried it and ask if he could take the extra portion to work for lunch. Then my Mom had taken her leftovers home, just to call me the next day to say she thinks it was even better tasting as leftovers. Awesome easy dish and so lowcarb I'm in love!!!!!
