It's got to be NYPD, because any emergency vehicle licensed in New York State is not allowed to have forward facing blue lights. Forward facing blue lights are reserved for volunteers and POVs as courtesy lights.
-
@Publowle no, its a Volunteer firefighter in his POV, they cannot use blue lights, if it was a cop, he legally has to have his blue lights flashing.
-
@cdffirefighter I wasn't able to make out anything on the front or back, but it does look like there are some lights on the running boards. Eh, oh well.

@BeyondDestiny This comment made the number one slot for lowering my I.Q. just by reading it. Congrats.

If you look on the running boards you can see two code 3 ledx modules and the same behind the grill, and if you look close when headlights of other vehicles are visible through the rear tinted windows you can make out led light modules, they may have an electrical problem of some sort.

why are the people not moving out of the way?
-
hmm I seen fbi shows that looked like an Unmarked FBI SUV

Thats a POV, i am one in NYC also. POV are not allowed to use sirens, thats why you don't hear them blaring. NYC Cops always use their sirens, its actually a law.

@BeyondDestiny Before you call me dipshit, do your homework. As an EMT, I drive emergency vehicles for a living. 99% of all emergency vehicles have selectable light modes, such as being able to only turn on the rear lights and leave all the front lights off. Or all lights except clear lights. This is useful for example when you are operating on a scene and you still want rear protection from oncoming vehicles, but don't want to have to deal with the blinding front lights while working.
Nope Fbi use r/b and have lots more lights thats nypd

i don't think its federal or local gov. of any kind; it only has 2 whelen slimlighters to the front and nothing to the rear; gov. vehicles always have 360 (front and rear strobes, leds on the side, leds along the rear headliner, headlight flasher, etc.) my guess its a VAS member's POV
