  • @montsyblackmadonna Stevia is no good either.

  • lol fructose is a form of sugar, and for those who cant tolerate 'cane sugar' they usually cant tolerate fructose because their both sweeteners and affect blood glucose levels the same. Agave, xytol or better than both (stevia) are much better options than fructose.

  • Fructose is not good for you,you can make it with dark amber agave nectar,or stevia instead,even raw organic honey would be better than fructose.
