Homeless youth "Perry", 20-years-old and staying at Covenant House in New York City, is an aspiring artist. Some people are surprised to hear that he's a talented pianist, is completely self-taught, and writes his own music. He has ambitions of going to college and working in the music business.
Perry chose to be homeless instead of staying with an abusive family but he hasn't given up his dreams of a better future. Join Do1Thing and Covenant House on Valentines Day 2009 to help someone less fortunate than yourselves. Join our nationwide movement to raise awareness for the more than 1.3 million homeless youth in America.
