Zombie fish

It looks like the highly skilled sushi chief, cut a piece out of the fish in such a way that it will not kill it, then served it up, just leaving the fish alive but with a piece missing from it!
That fish can't feel pain because the chief know how to cut it without causing pain to the fish.
The reporter got big surprise when he realized that the fish he's eating is still swimming in the tank.
