@chrispredsfan Agreed! He has skill but the save above was luck! There are hundreds of goalies skilled enough to get from one post to the other and reach out their glove like the save above. Hundreds and hundreds!

@TheGoalieGuru Sure their is luck in all sports or for matter in any profession. However, when we as fans see these saves night after night then you realize he has alot of skill to go along with a little luck.

@Eshawn288 There is an entire team in Toronto which watches every game every night and not only review calls but watch out for and compile footage for suspension hearings and to use as training for refs so they can do a better job catching them on the ice . This team is comprised of past and present officials and also others high level staff whose sole job is to review every game every night

it CLEARLY has to be all the way pass the goal line.. says in teh rule book.. the evidence to overrule the call on the ice has to be conclusive and there's usually more than 1 officials looking at the replay and if they make the decision that it was a save then it was a save.. end of story
