    Ram was his first album after the breakup of the Beatles. McCartney was written and recorded while he was still together with the band. And he was a one man band for that. And yes, you corrected me on the drums for Ram.

    McCartney was his first album, not Ram; the future drummer for Wings drummed on Ram, not Paul.

    True true and true. Ringo is completely underrated. I think he's one of the best towards the end of his career with the Beatles. A great harmonizer with the song.
