i was amused watching your video & listening to your commentary. i'm a filipina living in the philippines & i'm starting my own small business of baked goods & i buy a lot of my ingredients from chocolate lover's. i was amazed when i first saw the castle structure rising up in the middle of what seems to me like a residential area. i also agree with what you said about putting up a business here in that it's a do-or-die situation. that is so true! ...

FYI we dont put our water tanks in the roof because we need it to be warm, we do it since it saves space and land space is quite expensive :)
