Man finds 50 dead ants/insects inside McDonalds Breakfast burrito sandwich

Tommy Lam (Toronto Canada) finds (bugs, insects etc) inside of his Mac donalds breakfast burrito sandwich, what would you do. Is this something you would just brush off and forget about? I think the guy might try to file a lawsuit and McDonalds will settle it to not make this turn into a huge loss for the company image as a whole (again).
