"It does you. You don't do it" is a great way of describing exactly what Kundalini feels like. I've come to many of the same conclusions about the best techniques for Kundalini energy-work as you mentioned here. These are excellent starting points for anyone on the path to body/mind mastery.
It would be great to hear more depth about each one of these 8 techniques.

@masterpatric07 I refer to the energetic component of enlightenment, the fully opening of the chakras and nadis. When your body has become cleaned,opened, and wisdom eye functional, this is akin to perceiving the non-duality, the oneness which is permanent enlightenment.
