  • @sylart1 Salt is really important to be healthy but you should avoid excess salt. I assure you that the amount of salt she uses in this video is nothing in comparison with frozen or prepackaged meals.

  • I tought the salt was not good for the heart, says so my Dietitian and nutritionist, you've added salt 2 times????
