I don't know what this one is originally called. But then again, most of Earthbound's music doesn't have official names. I believe it's the "naming theme" that plays when you name your characters at the beginning of the game.

This remix album has rekindled my love and adoration for this game. I can't thank the fans who made this music enough. I grew up with Earthbound in the mid 1990s and it's great to see its fanbase has only grown since that time.

it's all the same song. I known as "fun with naming" I think, though there's no official title. The original has this really cool effect of an audience mumbling in the background.
