The Canada Lands Company is flipping government of Canada real estate, buying low and selling high. The Crown corporation paid Fisheries and Oceans Canada $9.54 M for the Garden City Lands. Four years later, Canada Lands Company sold the land for $59.2 Million.
Canada Lands paid DND $1.5 Million for the 901-acre CFB Shearwater. A few years later, DND paid the arms-length Crown corporation $7.9 million to reclaim the property.
