How did you capture the footage? From a plane or from a building. If you are capturing from a far away distance how did you got the sounds made by the birds (in your bird strike video)
@TheDexter2100 All footage got from ground using very long lenses. Sounds are the birds themselves, but sometimes dubbed on afterwards from closer film.
Nice video! I favorited your clips some time ago and finally found the time to actually watch them. Very interesting to see the beautiful colors of the wing-underside, cool filming, thanks for this one! Your videos make me want to save some money for buying a "real" cam, also. Of course as long as a "real" camera costs more than the cars we normally buy this is only wishful thinking;-) I have a queston: do you take notes, also? I mean do you actually monitor the birds, make ethograms and such?
I do make some notes, but mainly only dates/times and identifying features of individuals - not "ethograms" as such (I had to look that word up on Google!)
