  • lol the best way around mind tricks is to know one when you see one - if they do the chair test just figure out where YOU think it's best to sit and just ask "Is it alright if I sit here?" - this shows that you're not a pushover and that you're confident AND respectful enough to ask. It also indicates that you would communicate and ask for help in a tricky situation. Tbh would you want to work for a firm that will purposely try to make you feel uncomfortable?
