ER 11x02 Carter talks to Luka about Kem

Carter has a rough day in the ER, after which he goes out for a drink or five. When he comes back to the ER drunk and causes a scene, Luka takes him aside for a chat. Very sad, very moving scene. Don't let anyone ever say that Noah isn't a terrific actor.

"You can talk to me, John" - Of all the people in the ER, Kovac would definitely have been the perfect person for Carter to talk to...Who else understands the loss of a child and 'what might have been'? Such a sad scene :( Poor Carter.

Does Noah Wyle remind anyone of Jonathan Jackson (GH)? Rugged good looks and absolutely amazing acting. They can do the emotional, tearjerking stuff and they can also kick someone's ass.

Moving scene. Noah, as always, is spectacular. He is such an incredibly gifted actor.

Does Luka say anything to Carter after confiding to him? I haven't seen this episode.
