In the style of the new series.
The Doctor lands in Tombstone days before the infamous gunfight at the OK Corral only to find himself mistaken for the outlaw Doc Holiday himself.

  • I don't think that people should say this serial is terrible! Give it's credit where credit's due! After all, it's one of the few remaining early Who stories!

  • Hey, this episode seems a lot better with the theme music in the background instead of that constant singing.

  • haha wobbily set.

  • @joshandjuoo Well, it works a lot better if you don't know what happens in the following story.

  • Did they bother to use American accents at all because the accents sound bad LOL

  • @powerhousechipmunk23 And lets face it - Love And Monsters pretty much dominated this story for top slot as "worst doctor who story of all time"

  • When I saw the DVD schedule for 2011, this was the story I was most excited about, along with The Sunmakers. One of my favourite Doctor Who stories, even the song.

  • It's coming out on DVD in 2011! With the usual bells & whistles (commentary, etc.).

  • I love this episode, don't ask me why. It's hilarious.

  • @icemachine79 OK,Well, I didn't watch all of Five's and Six's. But this one sticks in my mind as an example of an experiment gone wrong - blowing the suckometer far past Love and Monsters. Again, only my opinion.

  • @mimkyodar We've been *told* it's the worst serial ever; mostly by fans that think the Pertwee years were the epitome of intellectual television. I think the problem is that people either never watched it (because they just assumed it was bad), or they took it too seriously. The producers weren't trying to do a perfect recreation of the Wild West with historically accurate characters; they were trying to do a comedy. Yes they play the song too much, but overall its very funny for its time.

  • I've got Steven's almost first and Dodo's last and I'd like one of the ones they did together, if not this one there's a few others.
