The Hall Institute's Press Director Lawrence McCullough sits down with Hall Institute Executive Director Dr. Michael Riccards to discuss a new initiative in Woodbridge Township to create "The Avenel Arts Village" project. The program would create an arts community within the township, which they hope will help foster appreciation of the arts and economic development in the community.

This is the inaugural episode of a new series we'll be doing on The Hall Public Forum called called Hometown Solutions: Examining Best Practices in NJ Local Government. The series aims to examine what local governments are doing to build their communities and tackle tough problems in innovative ways.
