Master Cleanse - Day 11 (Lemonade Diet) - Making The Lemonade

Day 11 is complete. Sorry the video is late today. My wife threw a dinner party and I had to suffer through the smell of great food, sit in the living room away from all the people eating and socializing, and wait for everyone to leave so I could do the video in a quiet kitchen.

I had a request to show the process and I thought it would make a cool video.

I'm doing well. No serious detox symptoms other than I really want to finish this and eat real food again, but I'm going to go to day 20 first. This will prove to me that I have the kind of will power and personal strength it will take to lose the next 100 lbs.

Hi there.. on my day 11... and yeah, it is tough cuz I too miss food.. but doing it... probably go to about 15... feeling great though!!
