David: [sees Selena and goes to her and leans in to kiss her]
Selena: [sticks her hands up] not gonna happen.
David: why not?
Selena: because.
David: it's not like you have anyone.
Selena: umm. Yea I do..
David: ooh really who is it?
Nick: [comes out] Pancakes are done.
Selena: it's nick? Yea. Nick's my boyfriend.
Nick, Joe, Demi, Ashley: WHAT??
Selena: yea we hooked up last night in bed. [lying] [turns to nick and gives him a look that says play along]
Nick: umm. Yea. We hooked up last night IN BED!
David: how can you pick him over me?
Selena: well he's captain of the football team and he was there when I needed someone.
David: I'll be back for you Sel. So. Better watch for me [smiles evily at her and walks out the door]
Ashley: please tell me that was all a joke.
Demi: yea did u guys really hook up
Joe: in bed LAST NIGHT?
Selena: of course not! That was all an act dur
Demi, Joe, and Ashley: [let out a sigh of relief]
Nick: but we did sleep together.
Demi, Joe, and Ashley: WHAT!!
Selena: yea but NOTHING HAPPENED.
Ashley: good because you too young.
Kevin: [walks into the door] hey ladies, nick, joe.
Nick: hey Kevin
Ashley: you wanna come with us to the mall?
Kevin: naw I'm okai Nick, Joe, are you guys going?
Nick and Joe: nah uh. Too much too handle
Demi: ooh well
Selena: maybe there will be extremely hot guys [thinking hopefulluy]
Nick: [jealous but doesn't want to show it] yea go check out some hot guys. I'm just gonna go home and umm... work on homework [thinking did I just say homework??] [walks out]
Selena: okai. That was weird.
Demi: yup so joe you coming?
Joe: [thinking of course I will go with you. I don't want anyone to be checking you out. I wonder if theres still any pancakes left][walks into the kitchen]
Demi: joe you never answered my question
Joe: ooh of course I will. [smiles]

AT THE MALL!
Selena: [sees nick] [walks up behind him] BOOO!!
Nick: [scared] AHHH [drops his ice cream on selena]
Selena: [sarcastic] thanks for the icecream it taste so good on my head [laughs]
Nick: sorry. So where are you going?
Selena: converse shopping
Nick: where's everyone else?
Selena: dress shopping for the back to school dance
Nick: why aren't you dress shopping?
Selena: why would I when no one asked me?
Nick: how about me??
Selena: like I said on the first day of school. I don't go for your kind. Sorry
Nick: [notices david] Sit down and let me help you get that ice cream off of your head [takes out his phone and texts Joe: Joe tell Demi to call selena that David is watching us. But call in like one or two minutes]

WITH JEMI:
Demi: So are you going to the dance?
Joe: I don't know. We have a game that day.
Demi: ooh. But aren't you going to take your cheerleading girlfriend??
Joe: what girlfriend?
Demi: [confused] do I need to remind you what happened when we first met??
Joe: yea you was looking smoking hot!!
Demi: [hits him playfully] look I'm gonna try this on so stay here and please be a good boy
Joe: do I -- [receives nick's text] hey Demi. Call Sel and tell her that David is watching her and nick right now. And tell her to act like they are together.
Demi: [calls sel] hey sel it's demi don't say who it is just say hey
Selena: [confused] hey.
Demi: look. David is watching you guys so act like you guys are together
Selena: NO WAY!!
Demi: yea well gots to go bye [hangs up] so what were you saying?
Joe: ooh yea. So if I be good do I get a present. [flirty smile at her]
Demi: maybe. [winks at him] [walks into the dressing room]
Joe: SCORE BABY!!
Demi: [yelling out to joe] I CAN HEAR YOU.
Joe: [embarrassed] he he he?

WITH NICK AND SELENA
Selena: [sees a pair of converse and blanks out and walks to the shoes]
Nick: [sees selena blanked out and getting up] [follows her]
Selena: [reachs the store window] omg I have to have those shoes
Nick: [laughs] wow. Then go get them
Selena: [walks into the store]
Nick: [goes in the store with her]
Selena: [checks the shoe's price] dang it
Nick: what?
Selena: I don't have enough money. Oo well let's go home. I still have A.P. homework to finish up.
Nick: yea what's up that?
Selena: with what
Nick: [mimicking her] A.P. homework
Selena: I'm a smart independent girl and I'm not afraid to show it.
Nick: [sees a group of girls] hey Sel I'll be right back
Selena: yea—[ nick runs off] typical jock jerk.
[Selena walks home from the mall. She lives one block away from it]
