After a short break in October and November, we are back on track. Last weekend the left instrument panel has been completely integrated and tested. All instruments and switches are up and running.
The throttle quadrant has also been successfully connected and tested

  • Hey, I have a question. How are you displaying gauges like that on your panel? I am stuck on this part in my simulator progress. thanks and kind regards!

  • Hi,

The panel display is a custom made program in opengl with high definition instrument images(photos) and very smooth and accurate instrument movements.

I'm preparing all the software used for the simulator in a shareware version. In a couple of weeks from not the instrument panel software will be published on the web site fly.elise-ng.net

  • hi please answer i would like to build a cockpit can u please tell me where i can order the parts??

  • The cockpit is a real Ruschmeyer R 90-230 RG cockpit. All the electrical and software parts are custom made. Instrument panel consist of 3 TFT with custom made software to "draw" the instrument. The flight model is provided by x-plane.

The motion system has been donated by Bosch Rexroth and has been adjusted for sim purposes.

So I do not have an answer for your question: Where I can order the parts?

    Regards,

    Nikola

  • Is this modeling a SAAB 91? I just bought a Beechcraft Sundowner fuselage and am currently in the processs of turning it into a sim for FSX. This is amazing by the way.

  • This a cabin of Ruschmeyer R 90-230 RG.

You realy have to consider x-plane if you would like to build a serious simulator.

    Regards,

    Nikola

  • Hey I think I've seen you posting on the ORG but I didn't know you had a YouTube channel. It's so nice to see a truly quality cockpit going together like this, and one that is not a 7-something-7 or similar airliner. :) Wonderful work! I was very impressed with the videos of the motion system in action as well. Looking forward to future updates! You've also inspired me to consider a motion system of some sort one I go full-cabin with my own sim!

  • Alright, I had another kind freind on youtube send me a copy of the jayco gauges for FSX but they seem to be a major frame rate killer so im trying to mess around with my options. Ill be sure to check that out on that web address you posted. One last question, Will the gauges pop up in an assigned spot when i start a flight in fsx or will I have to do a drag and drop kinda thing? Your help is very much appreciated. Thank you!

  • B R A V O !

I'm very glad with your progress :)

I hope to see it from up close sometime.

  • Cant wait to see it in motion!!! Great!!!!
