while riding) * Talk to Leslie about Rumors. Leslie is the Sen Mag Castle Town's banker. * He will mention a giant lizard that looks like a dragon flying overhead after a few chats with him. o Hint: Give him single gold pieces to increase his intimacy so that he mentions it sooner. * Head to the Dunbarton Library and go to the Philosophy/Literature shelf (3rd shelf on the left from the entrance) to get the keyword "A Mysterious Land." * Talk to Tarlach with the keyword. * Talk to the Worker in Bangor or Sen Mag housing area. He will ask you if you wish to go to Morva Aisle. From there you may enter the Port of Ceann.

so is this the place where u can sail to Iria when it comes out? and then use flying mounts in Iria?!?! :D

You can just talk to the guy standing there, ask him about getting in the ship (i forgot the keyboard but you get it after talking to tarlac)

then you will get a quest
