STLator IV CAT tool

This is a CAT tool I devised to make translation easy. It is really a translation suite, with three different modes. The one shown here is the straight translation mode. I have been using it for more than 5 years now. It makes use of speech recognition, so keystrokes are kept at a minimum. In any of the operation modes, it makes use of the speed of the machine, plus the translation ability of the human brain, as well as the dictation feature, which saves your hands from typing. I have patented it as STLator IV.
