@Yin561 Love is the energy of life. It is the creative energy and does not have an opposite. We all experience degrees of love energy depending on our desire and willingness to embody it.

Emotions like hate are actually caused by blockages in the energy system due to mental conditioning or trauma. These emotional experiences are not life force energy, but rather distortions made in the ego. Beyond the ego is the source of this Love energy. Namaste.
