  • Yes, we are still accepting videos. Some people had some technical issues uploading over the weekend.

  • Yes, FIRST does have to accept the video in order for it to show up as a video response. One way to check to make sure that you posted it as a video response correctly is to try using it as a video response again (to this video). If the video no longer shows up as an option when posting a video response, it has already been submitted and is awaiting approval.

  • Team 1730 has posted a video response, but it has not appeared in the video response section. Does it need to be approved by [you] first?

  • Team 1923 has tried to post a video since sunday night- and every attempt has failed. The video FINALLY uploaded and is processing. I hope that FIRST won't penalize teams for something that we couldn't help- YouTube was going through site maintenance last night and we couldn't upload.

Good luck to everyone who submitted!

  • Team 115 has the same concern as crossrunnerzero.

  • Mine said it was waiting to be approved, but I'm concerned that it will be approved in time. It was supposed to be posted this weekend but my First sponser had trouble, so I posted it after school today.

  • If we post a video today and it gets approved tomorrow as a response, will it meet the deadline?

  • Yea, same thing happened to Team 2036, I think I figured out why. If it takes too long to post the response, YouTube's server forgets you were posting a response because one of your sessions times out and it posts it as a completely new video instead. Try this out:

    - Click 'Post a Video Response'

    - Select 'Choose a Video'

    - Choose the video you've already uploaded and respond with it

    - You should get a message saying that it was successful and needs to be approved

    Does that work?

  • Team 2890 Posted a video response earlier today but I have not seen it listed yet.

  • Never mind thank you.
