did you have to do any cutting to install it?

@dat504rob When I removed the stock exhaust, i went ahead and cut the pipe just over the axle, made for easier removal...If your truck is raised or you can get some lift on it, you can get it out in one piece.

@smasho275 did the system come with the head pipe, or just the muffler end?

somone told me tht on f150's you have to measure from the rear of the muffler up to the front 43" and cut,thn install the new headpipe and muffler.

@dat504rob It came with head pipe, and the muffler and pipes going out the side are all one piece, only one connection to clamp...I didnt have to measure anything.

hey that exhaust can still stay on the back where the stock one sits at it doesn't necessarily have to sit where you put it right? oh one other thing do you think the cortex super chip will remove the AMF that causes the drone from the V4 mode ?

@dat504rob ohh,thanx for your help b/c i maybe getting this exhaust for my truck,one last question though,how far up did yu cut the exhaust?or was it just a clamp yu had to remove &nd thn yu cut the rest of the exhaust off?

Thanks for the advice. still shopping around though. im affraid to use programmers and tuners because of the chance of loosing the warranty
