Today, in Cook county IL we had warnings that conditions were ripe for cold air funnels! The clouds looked ominous. I watched, cautiously hoping to see one develop, but nothing occurred in my neck of the woods..

I thought May was spring, and Tornados can occur any time of the year. But this was a not a tornado, just a could air funnel.

Dude, those are just windy clouds...there's no wall cloud, nor is there any significant rotation in them. If you don't know how a tornado forms, don't pretend to know, you scare people that way.

dude it was a cold air funnel no wall cloud required why don't you take a storm spotter class and find out.
