  • @mcochran79, don't worry, opening hamstrings take some time. You have to be patient and hold the stretch. You also have to try to relax as you're stretching, because your body won't open if you're tense. Check out my other video on supta padangustasana with a strap, that video is all about opening hamstrings and inner thighs.
