Whatever of Markus Rothkranz's video (when he's talking in english, of course, since he has videos in german too), that's why I'd like to decide is his speeches really convince me. Oooh, please! Could anyone out there who can translate, in spanish, or in english at least, please. Excuses, I'm not an english talker person, and I'd like so much to understand everything what he's speeching to people. It would be really great. I'm not sure about all what Markus says about raw food, but I agree with him in some point. Western, or occidental food is rubbish to our bodies. But I also think that this kind of "diet" of life style is not good for everybody, What do you think?

Wait, so we are supposed to be sustained by eating the grass and the natural plants around us but we can't digest cellulose because we don't produce cellulase, so we can either chew it for 12 hours or put it in a blender or juicer? That doesn't sound right or natural does it?. I want to like Markus, and I don't want to be negative, but I see a lot of show, emotional references, and sales talk for his books and products, and not much else.

This guy has got it, and delivers it with honesty. PS-he delivers it with pizazz and I love how handsome he knows he is and makes raw foods and enemas and the whole deal sexy. show it off. LOVE!

Its really too bad this guy chooses to wear a pirate shirt or tan himself orange after bleaching his mop hairdo. His message is a good one, but often the message gets lost in the presentation by the raw food gurus.

I'm sorry but when grocery stores fail, where are you going to get your liquid activated zeolites and Tibetan goji berries?  Because if grocery stores fail, I don't think you can have them delivered to your house. :)
