@EyeBuyDirect I agree but when your website is wrong then you should not make me pay for shipping to return the glasses and at least prioritize/expedite the order. I purchased frames that the website said were 150mm (temple) but when I got them they were 135mm. Then your customer service person told me the website was incorrect. Why should I have to pay for shipping and be without glasses for another 2 and a half weeks? I was never able to speak to a supervisor - I always got the run around.

BEST place to buy glasses and get them MUCH cheaper than anywhere else around. have had no problems what so ever with buying from them. I just got my new glasses. They look great! I've also brought many during there 'Buy one get one free' promotion. Can you believe it? I remember my order I paid $30 for 4 pairs!! So happy I found your site. I tole all my friends, family about your site and deals!
Worst experience ever! The website had the wrong size so when I got my glasses (2 weeks waiting) they didn't fit. I asked them to send me the correct pair. So I had to send mine back (1 week plus shipping on my part for their mistake) and they would send me the new pair (2 weeks later). Go to your local glasses place and get them their it isn't work 5 weeks of headaches.

@lbarberi2 We are sorry to hear about your bad experience... However, we do understand that buying eyeglasses online for the first time may be a bit tricky and that sometimes you may need to replace the order which is why we give our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee no questions asked replace or refund. So yes, perhaps the first time is slightly more complicated than buying at a shop but once you get the hang of it its easy and it saves you a lot of time and money!
