Paul McCrane is such an excellent actor, what a great tribute! I really miss ER.

LOL That's ME on the right of frame when they cut to the over the shoulder shot, looking out of the elevator toward the chopper. I doubled for him a few times on ER and this was his last day. He had the teamster speed off the lot like a bat out of hell. He had to get to the airport and get on a plane for New York for a play, I think. Was an interesting day.

i agree it's like bobby simone ghostly return in nypd , i have love both er and nypd blue cause of the reality to the show , but scenes like romano death and simone ghostly image just cheapen the series
