Take about a gram of pot and put it in a little jar with about six ounces of rubbing alcohol. Let it sit for about a month or so, until the pot starts to break down. The answer is more often YES. Our government is using FEAR tactics to quiet those that disagree. The White House dissenters are called, racist, fear mongers, mislead, un-American, conspiracy nuts, left wing, right wing, LET THE PEOPLE VOTE ON HEALTH CARE, NOT CONGRESS!
