Alien civilizations are in the "plane" (UFO's) flying over us, debating/arguing over whether or not they should interfere in our lives by contacting us, or if they should leave us be. this is 99.999% the probability. Live on this planet has existed for 500,000,000 years... our solar system is only 1/3 the age of the entire universe, just imagine the systems which have evolved and died even before our own solar system was born.
