Same thing, 'X' is the Roman numeral for 10, and if you look at the case for the OS (Mac) since they moved to 10 Apple has used OSX instead of OS9, OS8, ect.
does anyone know of a good tutorial on how to completely install Linux on a mac (removing OSX)

Hey I have an old iMac G5 and I have ubuntu 10.10 and can I use ubuntu to replace my OS cuz my OS is so old it can't run flash

you know if you slipstream drivers from mac OSX to a linux disk you can use it natively.
1. intstall linux on PC with mac drivers.
2. put HDD into mac and it will work, same with windows.
