no idea why it doesn't work....have you loaded Enigma and checked your Axiom's default presets?

If you did a factory reset of the Axiom that would have erased preset 15. You'll have to reload it onto the device with Enigma.

would u please explain about enigma software i thought if we have pro tools software it will work with Axiom 25 etc. But dint really understand about enigma Pls help?

enigma is there to assign control functions to your axiom. instead of the 'midi learn' procedure, like in ableton, fl, etc., it's simply a more direct way to tell your axiom what to do. OF COURSE .... YOU HAVE TO KNOW, WHAT CONTROLLER NUMBER IS NEEDED FOR WHATEVER IT IS THAT YOU WANT TO FUNCTION (LIKE, PAN, FX VOLUME , ETC,)

AFTER 8 MONTHS OF OFF AND ON TRYING, I FIGURED OUT THAT THE ONLY WAY THIS SHIT WORKS IS IF YOU SET TO PRESET 20 !!!!!!!!!!! let me tell ya, i was close to moving to a fucking isalnd and shoot myself.

i hav PT7.4 & axiom61 1stgen iwas wondering if this wil work without enigma just like A8,C5,& R5 does? also i dont see an ADD feature in periphials! HELP ANY1 THX

Do you have your axiom connected via MIDI to an external audio interface?¿?

do i need a dedicated sound card? cause if i buy axiom it will work with asio

but I dont like the idea of using asio,I like a true dedicated source what setup can i do?

Hi there... I followed your instructions and still can't get my Axiom 49 working with Pro Tools 9. I've loaded the preset on the keyboard and selected machine control etc., but still nothing. Any suggestions?
