Looking for a scientifically proven and easy method to treat your Achilles Tendonitis that makes a difference within 3 weeks only taking five minutes twice a day with a 100% money back guarantee?
Yes this eccentric loading is a good exercise for rehabilitating the Achilles, I can also recommend the book “My Achilles Heel: How to overcome Achilles Tendinopathy” it’s worked for my long term condition.
Thank your for this demonstration and insight. I was also wondering what redbach23 asked because when I started doing something like this a few months ago, it hurt after only a few sessions. I gave it up and took several months off. Is it supposed to hurt at first, and roughly how many days/weeks, in your experience did it take to move from pain to progress? Thanks again. Peace.
Heel dips, one foot at a time, are the only way to address achilles tendonopathy pain. Stretching against a wall does NOTHING, somehow, this eccentric movement is THE ONLY WAY to take the pain away. They still don't know what causes it, what they do know, from exploratory surgery, is that there is no damage or even inflammation, yet the pain persists. Do heel dips 2 to 3 times a day to make the pain go away.
Not when one weighs 260lbs. No way I can push myself up like that. Looking for next alternative...
