The VDO shows the preoperative examination of a patient with chronic AC joint injury. The examination shows the horizontal and vertical instability of the AC joint. The patient also has subacromion impingement and partial rotator cuff tear.

  • omg.. i got a a grade 3 ac injury... i woulda been crying and punched out the doctor if he was doing that...

  • AC 5th degree, total clavical separation requires surgery to bolt it back together.
