@ssnmagee how old are your trees, what season were they pruned in, and how drastic was the pruning?
It sounds like they were pruned hard and have gone into a vegetative phase. Other factors could also be at play, like frost damage to blossoms, no pollinators near by,...give me some more details and I can try to say more accurately.
Use a vinegar trap,hang from a branch or put nearby....get a plastic bottle, cut off the top third, turn it upside down and put back into the main bottle base. Put an inch or so of vinegar. It's easy for the wasps to smell the vinegar and to get in to the bottle, but very hard to locate the exit once inside. They eventually fall in and drown. (Why 7493 views and no one offers any help?). i hope this works for you.
