  • "When I ate that steak I felt like chewing a 2 x 4 and spit out toothpicks" .. LOL! Leroy is so fun to listen to, as well as very informative

  • Love this Guy. Could listen to him all day. Keep 'em coming Leroy.

  • 360 Leroy!!! This man is not only scientific but spiritual with his wisdom.

  • @dinamiaesthetics I just repeated that statement in the comments because it sounded so cool when Leroy said it.

  • @playsbba018 Brain uses Creatine as well.

  • The brain doesn't use protein, it uses carbs.

  • This guy was a kind of a scientist with his body. Its people like him who lead the scientists from the university on the right path.

  • EAT STEAK MAN

  • @1965mustangfb Increase your fat intake (about 15-20 sat fat/day(mcaa's)) .25 to .5 grams/10pounds of you in omega 3's, around 1.5 times that of omega 3's u should have in omega 6. Rest is monounsaturated fat sources depending on your current weight 30 grams. Decrease carb sources to just fruits and vegetables. Only eat fruit in the morning or no later than midday. A serving of fruit at breakfast and one maybe at lunch.
