@jacobbz08 its all in the voltage that theamp is rated at. most of em r rated at a lower voltage to get the lower base # but if u cram 16 volts to it they naturally make more power

I guess you guys have never bought Rockford Mono amplifier before. Coz if you have then you should know that it comes with a birthsheet which tell you the actual output of amp at various ohm levels... dont belive me then google rockford fosgate Birth sheet

actually if you take a look at steve meades christmas in july his 2500.1bd puts out 3300 rms and their rating for it is 2500

They wouldnt under rate it by 1/3 its power.... they would be banned from any and all competition's..... no one is going to allow an amp that says 1k rms that does 1500rms easily......

Rockford amps are underrated so Im sure the birth sheet says 1500w

jealous of tell me???? when i got my 6 18" fi fully loaded subwoofers! n 6 rockford amps allomost at 30,000 watts with a 200 amp alt... my shakes an flexs windows man what a waste of money!!!!
