  • @valereydyachuk I would be really interested to meet up some time and get a ride in it, I really want to get the rest of this stuff done to mine, but I just want to know what to expect!

  • @Funkyc0ldMedina Why would a bad MAF sensor cause you to get more power?

  • @Funkyc0ldMedina I used to really spin my wheels in 2nd and some in 3rd. That's when I had my 225x40x18 BFGoodrich g-Force T/A KDW 2 tires, they were a bit old and hard. I recently replaced them with a new set of Hankook Ventus V12 evo K110 and I have SOOO much traction in 2nd gear that I only sometimes spin in the dry. Those Hankooks are as sticky as Michelin Pilot Sport 2.

  • @valereydyachuk Well considering mine ended up making 226 whp and 251 ft-lbs after I corrected a bad MAF sensor (the run you are looking at is before that when I made 245 hp and 290 ft-lbs), my guess is you wouldn't break 300 whp, but maybe you would, I'm not sure. Either way you should be making some damn good power. How is traction? Are you getting wheelspin in 3rd yet on dry pavement?

  • @Funkyc0ldMedina I have a 2002 Viggen 5-door and live in the Seattle area. I have all the Nordic Stage 3 parts on it: GS 3" downpipe, SAAB sport exhaust (modified to fit Viggen), GS Open Air Intake, Forge Intercooler, 3.5 fuel pressure regulator, Forge Diverter Valve, Nordic Stage 3 ECU and all the suspension components they offer (steering brace, strut brace, 6-point frame brace, bushings, Koni adjustable shocks/springs). I've never dynoed my car, how much whp do you think it might produce?

  • @Funkyc0ldMedina

oh my odo is measure in KM btw

  • @davibrass Well I put it in the video description.. about 245 whp and 290 ft-lbs, but I was also running lean. Replaced my failing MAF and lost 17 hp and 32 ft-lbs. I can so that while my car is still a blast to drive, that drop in power is leaving me hungry to get it back, so I will be doing some more work on the car. BTW the car has 66k on the odo and my only mods are a GS intake and 3" DP version 2 downpipe.

  • what was the result? i have the same car and wonder how much power its down with wear and tare
