  • i got my yoga mat (not too long ago :D ), but i'm still slipping on it. any suggestions?

  • You may have the wrong mat. The more expensive yoga mats have a non slip surface. You could try talking powder on your hands and feet and see if that helps!

  • Hey, Esther :) I've been doing yoga for 4 months. Yesterday I found out that I can do the lotus and put my head on the floor and also the flying pigeon you showed (not entirely straightening the back leg yet). This plank pose however is a real challenge - I shake like a leaf. Would it have any effect if I did it against the wall first, until my hands strengthen up a little? I guess I'm just more bendy than strong... Please keep doing your videos, they are really helpful. Greetings from Bulgaria!

  • can somebody explain to me how yoga is special? it seems to be just stretching and breathing.

  • I find my wrists get really sore after this pose. I'm just getting balance & can not yet get my foot up but I am trying. Any suggestions?

  • i am impressed

  • both feet should be flexed.

  • @belekas01 im no yoga expert but you can always get those rubber drawer lines for tool boxes at wal-mart....they aren't that expensive, and would be easy to cover a mat with it... you most likely wont slip at all on that stuff

  • Wow, an amazing posture, something to aspire to....lol....

  • you are truly amazing Esther! I've always been flexible, but these videos are really helping me improve my balance and core strength. thank you so much! =)

  • I like this video ....
