El Paso suffers because of Shapleigh

Eliot Shapleigh was kicked out of the Senate Finance Committee for breaking Senate rules -- he opposed the reelection of a fellow sitting Democratic Senator just to settle an old score. Now, El Paso suffers because we don't have a seat in the powerful Senate Finance Committee. El Paso can do better. Dee Margo will put the needs of El Paso above partisan politics.
