Carvoeiro is a coastal village in the Central Algarve. Once a small fishing community, it is now reliant on tourism. It is located in the area of Lagoa. Carvoeiro has a square which is located by the ocean, it is surrounded by restaurants and bars. During the holiday season it is often possible to see free live entertainment.
