  • you gotta love how these idiots go around the question and they always love to point oout "oh my son or nephew served x many times" and then he answers in the cia's request. so if the cia requested it on american soldiers its ok but not for anyone else to do it at all?

  • Even worse than his outrageous specious statements is that many people (mostly on the right) will believe that somehow what he says is reasonable. I say believe rather than think because if they were thinking for themselves, they could see through this fallacy.

  • As a Show-Me State citizen, let me said I am ashamed you can claim Missouri as your home.

You have lied, prevaricated, misrepresented the facts pathologically.

Waterboarding has been prosecuted in U.S. courts since the late 1800s, and has been regarded by every U.S. administration - before Dubya - as torture.

You are an embarrassment to the citizens of Missouri, the U.S. AND the world.

    Move on, you pathetic thing.

  • .

    Dear John Ashcroft,

What law provided for the basis of criminal prosecutions BY the USA against Japanese and US Service men for engaging in water torture?

If it was criminal enough for the USA to prosecute then, what has changed?

    ... the definition?

... or your use of the definition?

What else do you call it when a bank robber strikes... A withdrawal?

    .
