  • I completely understood your comments...you are morally DISHONEST... you would rather have someone do your killing for you in order to feel good about it...I prefer honest, wild meat to sanitized, generic beef that has been fed god knows what...understand this: no true hunter enjoys seeing any animal suffer, EVER...I am a hunter, a fisherman and live IN the wilds of Alaska...I come by my food honestly and by my OWN HAND...I ask you, who is more in tune with nature, you or I?

  • thats all fine and good, youre entitled to your opinions...however, moose meat is delicious and healthy, compared to your "modern" foods which contribute to poor health generally...

  • I love elkhounds....i wouldn't own another dog ever again. They are the greatest!

  • Wish we could use dogs for deer etc here.

  • Wow that's awesome.

  • @gavroash I'd rather hunt and kill my own food than have tons of cows slaughtered and most of their meat spoil. Nothing about farming meat is humane. What's humane is being able to kill a 750lb bear and have its meat last up to a year for a small family of four. KingFisher907 is the exact type of person I respect. Plus growing my own veggies is cool too. Hard but worth it. (Moving to Alaska soon)

  • @KingFisher907 Well spoken. Anyways humans are supposed to get protein from animals not anywhere else... and i would prefer to get protein from an animal that is wild than a docile animal that can be used to produce other things like milk

  • I think it's funny that someone enjoys meat but would prefer not seeing it happen. Have we all seen battery hens, pigs in the crowded pens that cant move covered in filth cattle being transported in trucks sent down a race to be stunned btw that's a big hammer caving in its skull after being stressed out. At least the wild animal has had a happy stress free life free over terrible conditions not fed steroids etc and a good hunted one shot one kill and nothing is wasted because it's a cheap cut

  • WOW!!! to have a Guide Gun in 45-70 right then!!!! Awesome! Just at 44 seconds, right there. Perfect shot.

  • @KingFisher907 I agree with you here, My dad is a hunter and he has always humanely killed the elk he hunts, he shoots them in the neck or in the chest and bow hunts, and usually the animal goes down within seconds with just one hit. Farm raised animals that butchers sell to grocery markets are fed hormones, abused in dirty cattle mills, die in distress and are over milked until they get sick and their utters nearly fall off lol.

  • id rather eat meat taken from the wild over a steak in a supermarket anyday

  • Meat is murder and murder is tasty...
